Flatpack Office Cabins are ideally suited for domestic, industrial, commercial or agricultural businesses or any location that has limited or restricted access.
On some sites it is not possible or safe to deliver pre-fabricated buildings by lorry mounted crane because of weak or low bridges, overhead obstructions such as electricity cables, or because of restricted site entrances and access.
Your driver will offload the flat packed unit by lorry crane as close as possible to where you need to assemble the cabin, or straight onto a smaller vehicle or trailer that is capable of accessing your site. If necessary the unit can be unpacked and the floor fully demounted so that parts can be moved piece by piece by a team of people.

Each part of the unit can be moved with 4 strong people. This saves on expensive specialist crane transport if you need to move the unit from time to time whether its between events, or between seasons.
It’s small enough to be loaded and moved on a small car trailer.
The unit is ideal for use as a serving unit at events, festivals or any business for short term needs. It’s also well suited for longer term uses, where either or both the interior and exterior can be fitted out and clad for use.

When you have limited access to deliver portable accommodation our flat pack office range provides the perfect solution. It enables users to move all the components by hand to the required erection area which can even be inside buildings or multi-storey car parks. This can save significant delivery costs – such as large mobile cranes, trackway or skating teams.
This side linked bundle offers two of our large 6.5m cabins joined with the side linking kit creating an open space to accommodate larger teams or for other uses such as points of access, entry testing or control (for example signing in areas, health and safety documents, or covid test information etc).
With the 6.5m x 4.6m side linked cabin you have the choice to use one or both pedestrian doors. If you choose to use both doors these can be installed on any two of the four sides to give maximum on-site flexibility. This is especially useful when you are using the units to manage the movement of people within your workplace. You can even move the doors at a later time, or relocate the whole building as the project or requirements change and evolve.
The side linked bundle benefits from plenty of light with 4 windows included, although these can also be swapped out with surplus solid panels (these are spare side panels not needed as the unit is linked). This is especially useful when you need privacy or interior/exterior wall space.

It arrives flat packed, is man portable and is ideal for erecting in previously inaccessible locations. It’s simple assembly (with a socket set) takes about 45 minutes.
Manufactured from fully galvanised steel (no rusting), our 4m office cabin has attractive smooth panelling, finished in a powder coated moss green on the outside and an off white powder coat on the inside.
The unit has a guttered roof and features two double glazed u-PVC windows fitted as standard. The interior of the insulated office cabin is pleasantly light and airy with a durable and smart wall finish – suitable for surface mounted electrics.
Once assembled the unit can be moved by crane / forklift or demounted back into it’s neat flat-pack form for storage purposes. This cabin can be linked side to side or end to end to provide additional space at any time after initial assembly.

It is a cost-effective work space which can be easily assembled and moved into awkward spaces. It does not require permanent foundations and can be easily disassembled if you move or no longer need the space. This 2m office has 2 windows as standard.
This office cabin arrives flat packed, is man portable and is ideal for erecting in previously inaccessible locations. It’s simple assembly (with a socket set) takes about 45 minutes.
